Warranty Policy

At Stay Puffed, we take pride in delivering high-quality vaping products, and we stand behind their performance and durability. We are committed to ensuring that our customers have a satisfying and trouble-free vaping experience. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage for Stay Puffed vape products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Limited Warranty Duration:

Stay Puffed offers a 30 days from the date of purchase warranty, on all of its vape products. 
This does not affect the 2-year legal guarantee/protection against faulty goods for EU customers. 

2. Warranty Coverage:

Stay Puffed’s limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal use. This includes defects in materials and workmanship.

3. What Is Not Covered:

The following situations and conditions are not covered under this warranty:

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.

    • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or exposure to extreme conditions.

    • Modification or alteration of the product by unauthorized personnel.

    • Unauthorized repairs or attempted repairs.

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Products that are not genuine, or that are not purchased from an authorized Stay Puffed retailer.

4. Making a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    • Please review material before making a claim. If your claim is valid, please fill out and submit our Warranty Claim

    • Provide Proof of Purchase: You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to validate your warranty claim.

    • Return Authorization: Stay Puffed will provide instructions for returning the product. You may be responsible for shipping costs.

5. Warranty Resolution:

Upon receiving your warranty claim, Stay Puffed will evaluate the product to determine if it meets the warranty criteria. We will either repair or replace the defective product, or issue a refund, at our discretion. The same vape flavor will be used on all replacements, however, if the flavor is out of stock, random flavors will be selected for replacements. 

After-sales service will be limited to the options available in the original country where the product was purchased.

6. Warranty Exclusions:

Stay Puffed reserves the right to refuse warranty claims that do not meet the terms and conditions outlined in this policy or if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or negligence.

7. Warranty Transferability:

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Stay Puffed’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. In no event shall Stay Puffed be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

9. Governing Law:

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of Texas, USA, and any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bexar County, Texas.

Warranty Procedure

Customers are required to complete the Warranty Claim form, providing all necessary information and supporting evidence. Stay Puffed’s dedicated support team will promptly attend to your claim and respond within 5 working days. Please be mindful that during holidays or exceptional circumstances, there may be a slight delay in our response times. 

Upon confirmation from Stay Puffed’s support team, we will initiate the replacement process at no cost to you. Please allow up to 30 working days for the replacement to be arranged. In the event of supply chain disruptions or unforeseen circumstances beyond Stay Puffed’s control, the process may take longer. Rest assured, your personal information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers, may be shared with Stay Puffed’s authorized partners solely for the purpose of facilitating the delivery process. Both Stay Puffed and its authorized partners are committed to preserving your privacy and will handle your personal information with utmost confidentiality.

When submitting an after-sales service claim with Stay Puffed, customers are advised to retain the defective products. Our diligent support team will review the provided information and determine whether it is necessary to return the defective products for further analysis.

Stay Puffed retains the exclusive right to terminate or amend the terms of this limited warranty at our sole discretion, without prior notice. The most recent version of the warranty terms will always be available on Stay Puffed’s official website for your reference.
